The registration fee includes:

Note that attendance will be granted on a first come, first served basis, the registration will be limited in size to maximize dialogue and facilitate the educational experience.

Please note, that the banking fee should not be deducted from the transferred registration fee. Kindly cover the transaction fees as the seminar was not planned to include those charges. For any reason the banking fee appears on our side, you will be asked to cover that on site!

No refund may be returned for cancellations.
Refunds will be processed after the congress.

We encourage every participant to submit a case presentation for the Satellite Symposium. You can win a great prize!
Faculty will review the cases and the best three cases will earn a prize.
